Valterra is a new community being offered by McCar homes. It will be a 53 home community located off of Valrico Road north of Highway 60. It will be offer gas for appliances. The amenities will include a conservation area, basketball courts, park and picnic area. It will offer seven floorplans starting at 2,245 sqare feet. It will have no CDD's.
Valrico offers a variety of dining experiences from fast food to fine dining. A short drive takes you to the Brandon Westfield Shopping Center with over 130 stores. Close to Valrico, there are the Tampa and St. Petersburg museums and Performing Arts. Valrico also has a variety of recreational opportunities including golf courses, parks, youth and adult sports leagues.
