Tampa Shores' boat owners can just hop into their boat from the private community boat ramp and 10 minutes later be at the Bahama Breeze having dinner. Most homes in this community are on canals that lead to the bay. Tampa Shores has no CDDs or and HOA fees.
Tampa Shores is located off of Memorial Hospital close to the Hillsborough County and Pinellas County Line. Homeowners have a quick commute to gulf beaches, Westshore Business district, downtown Tampa, the Airport, Citrus Par Mall, and MacDill. Home prices in the neighborhood begin in the high $100's.
