The homes will be three and four bedrooms with a variety of options including dens and or bonus rooms. All the homes wil have a two car garage. Some of the homesites have conservation or pond back yards. The community is near Collins Elementary School, Eisenhower Middle and East Bay High. Prices will begin in the high 100's.
