Shady Creek is a new community in Riverview being built by Lennar. Shady Creek homes will be between 1,554 and 2,182 square feet, with either three or four bathrooms and either a two or three car garage. The home will start in th mid $100's. Many of the homes wil be on beautiful conservation lots. Shady Creek is off of U.S. Hwy 301 just south of Big Bend Road.
