Durant Trails is a small enclave of homes off of Durant Road, south of Highway 60. Homes in Durant Trails start in the $200's. The nearby schools are Nelson Elementary, Mulrennan Middle and Durant High.
Durant is next to Valrico, which offers a variety of dining experiences from fast food to fine dining. A short drive takes you to the Brandon Westfield Shopping Center with over 130 stores. Close to Valrico, there are the Tampa and St. Petersburg museums and Performing Arts. Valrico also has a variety of recreational opportunities including golf courses, parks, youth and adult sports leagues.
