Wellington at Seven Hills is a beautiful gated community. The community was originally developed by Ryland Homes. The first home was finished in 1998 and the last is being finished in 2008. Ryland built two types of homes. Both are free standing homes, but one style is a maintenance free home that has a monthly fee that included full lawn care, exterior painting and roof replacement. The other home is a single family home. All homeowners are members of the master homeowner's association which includes the 24 hour security, private roads, cable TV and access to the full recreational amenities.
