Buyer Incentive or Rebate

Buyer Incentive or Rebate

Our buyers receive all the benefits of working with a full-service Realtor and receive a Buyer’s Incentive or Rebate when working with one of our team members.

How does it work?

When a home is offered by a seller through MLS or as new home construction for a builder, the seller often offers a 3% commission to your realtor. This is how the realtor is paid to find you a new home. When working with me or one of my team mates as your agent, we will share 25%* of that commission with you as a Buyer’s Incentive or Rebate after you close on your new home.

Buying a New Home?

You must take me or one of my team members with you when you go or the New Home Builder may not be willing to pay a realtor’s commission and then you would not receive a rebate.

Want a Resale or an Existing Home?

  1. Email me or call me with what you are looking for so I can send you listings. You can also Bookmark this site so you can search as well.
  2. Make sure you get prequalified for the price range that you want to buy a home in. If you need the names of some mortgage brokers, I can email you some.
  3. When you know which homes that you want to see, let me know so that I can arrange to show you the homes.
  4. When you find the right home, I will assist you with the contract, inspection, and purchase process for your new home.
  5. For you to take advantage of the buyer incentive or rebate, either myself or one of my team members must show you the listings and present the offers. If you go to an open house or a listing without me or one of my team members, you must tell the other agent that we are your agent.

Maximum Rebate is 25% of a 3% commission. Buyer will need to have a signed buyer broker agreement for our rebates to apply. The buyer is to notify lender about broker rebate or incentive at loan application to ensure that all FREC rules are followed. . All parties involved in the transaction must be informed of the rebate.
